An area in our profession that has at times become somewhat of an art is the Comparable (or Competitive) Market Analysis [CMA]. I often take a slightly different, almost scientific approach and also put together a Market Trends Report. There are fairly standard ways of completing a CMA.

This ASR® course does a good job of teaching you the most common pratices and will take you step-by-step from the creating to presenting one.
