One of the greatest frustrations for a Managing Broker

range. So, holding a Sales Rally is not often even an option for
a Brokerage of less than 100 Agents.
I've even seen some Brokerages fly 30 - 40 Agents somewhere to
attend a Sales Rally. That again will cost the company conservatively
about $1,000 per Agent, not to mention the loss of production
while they are out of the office.
Now don't get me wrong... these large events do have their place,
