Ann Arthur
Sr. Coach |
| Ann has twenty-three years
of real estate experience. A woman who has worn many
hats during her career, she continues to strive forward with
her information
and knowledge, coaching agents daily, making a huge impact
on their lives and business.
Starting her career as an office professional in the industry,
Ann worked as an advertising manager and escrow coordinator.
Ann moved into sales in the early 80’s, going to work for a
small independent Broker. After two successful years selling
and listing in excess of 30 units a year she joined RE/MAX
and became a member of their 100% Club for thirteen consecutive
years.
In 1991 Ann purchased a RE/MAX Franchise and became the owner
of the largest single RE/MAX territory in the State of Michigan.
Expanding her franchise to four offices while she continued
to sell for her previous Broker and keep up with a sales career
of 60-75 units a year.
Ann has a list of sales awards and Broker awards to her credit,
but decided her best investment was in the people. So, she
sold out her franchise, and decided to concentrate on building
her sales business to a point of Incorporating so that it was
also saleable. In 1999 Ann made the decision to sell her sales
business and move into coaching full time. She made the commitment
to join Real Estate Champions in February 2000. After coaching
numerous agents to the next level of success in their careers,
Ann has decided that coaching is an area of expertise that
she will continue to grow in.
Ann is focused on her success as a coach and the individual
success of each of her clients.

Tim Tully

Tim has been training, coaching and consulting
real estate agents for 11 years. His clients range from
millionaires to beginners. Tim believes that it is not
your track record nor experience that matter, it is specific
actions and attitudes taken today that will shape you into
a CHAMPION. Leverage is the name of the game and with models,
systems and people, you can go to any income level you
choose, along with a happy, successful, organized and fun
life.
Tim is married and has 4 sons. He was very successful
as a Realtor and manager and knows the life of each.
Tim’s unique talents include personalized and individualized
coaching which has helped many agents break through their
ceiling of achievement. He is known around the country
as “The Coach of Quantum Leaps.”

Ed Schmidt

Ed Schmidt started his real
estate career in 1986 as a sales associate. In his five
years as an agent, Ed closed over 300 transactions ranging
from a $3,000 lot to a 2.5 million dollar commercial center.
In 1991 he became the office manager for a Better Homes
and Gardens franchise and that is where his passion for
consulting started.
In July 1999, Ed started his own company and is now
partner in seven Keller Williams’ offices, with approximately
350 agents.
In addition, Ed has served on several committees including;
a local Board of REALTORS® President; Chaired a MLS;
Chaired Professional Standards Committees; and is one
of only a handful of people in the history of NAR to
be chosen as a local board “REALTOR® of the Year”
three times.
As a coach for Real Estate Champions, Ed’s experience
and skill are valuable to his clients and he looks forward
to helping them achieve higher goals.
