When I started my career in Real Estate in
1990, some people would have told you that I set myself
up for complete failure. From my perspective, I set myself
up for complete success. It was more of
a sink or swim scenario.
You see, I decided to hang my license at the most expensive Brokerage office I could. The main reason for this was that it had the highest commission split program available. What it boiled down to is that I had a higher risk (flat fee office expense), but the reward I would get from my efforts was larger than with some of the cheaper, lower risk offices.
The way I see it, Personal Development also has a Risk vs. Reward philosophy behind it. Come to think of it, it's the way life works, isn't it?
So, in life and in personal development, you have to risk an investment (time & money) in order to benefit from the reward (more knowledge & income) associated with it. At the top of the ladder is One-On-One Coaching, which is the cream of the Personal Development crop and has the highest level of reward for the invested time and money. The investment is fairly significant however, and many Already Consistent Agents may not be able to afford that level of investment.

Coaching or Training - There is a vast difference between education, training, and coaching. Many companies that profess to be coaching companies are actually education and training companies. While some may offer limited coaching services that address certain aspects of the business, most do NOT provide a “true” or complete coaching solution.
We live in a time when there is an abundance of information. We can attend seminars, listen to CDs, and read books. We have more resources for growth than any other time in history. However, there is one crucial barrier to the utilization of the knowledge you have. The Program
Designed for minimum demand on your busy schedule and maximum impact on your business, the program is conducted by correspondence and telephone. One-hour coaching calls take place bi-weekly over a period of 12 months for a total of 24 power packed sessions. Your coach will follow up with written Action Plans from each meeting and instructions for completing and submitting goal-specific tasks and exercises.
This group format will give you what it takes to become the Champion you want to be, and the small group size (4 agents) gives you the accountability you need to ensure that you reach your goals.
